Today, after my beach walk, I spotted a tiny rabbit, happily munching on the grass right by a busy road. It didn’t seem bothered by the noise or movement around it—just completely in its own world. And honestly? It filled me up.
There’s something about moments like that, where nature carries on despite everything, that makes me stop and take it in.
I live near llamas too, and they always look so intrigued when I pass by. There’s a knowingness in their eyes like they see straight through the rush and noise of human life. Animals seem to see us differently—without expectation, without judgment, just as we are.
I think that’s why some of us naturally stop and talk to them. It’s not just about them—it’s about us too. A reminder to slow down, to notice, to be. We’re not separate from nature; we’re part of it. And when we take a second to connect, even in the smallest way, it brings us back to something real.
How about you, babe, do you do this too?
Love love Cxx
